Self-efficacy is the belief in one’s ability to organize and execute a course of action to manage prospective situations. Successful people tend to have a high sense of self-efficacy. Winston Churchill’s career was a series of great triumphs and devastating disasters, and through it all he believed he was destined to greatness. Churchill’s life teaches us how to build self-efficacy in ourselves and in others.
